Clinical Assessor - Part Time & Full Time - Fantastic Bonus Structure

Salary PIP: £43,000 – £45,000
Salary WCA: £45,500 – £47,500

Location: Watford – Site-based & Remote (Hybrid)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Permanent: Full Time & Part Time Available!

Who We’re Looking For ADULT Registered Clinicians:
RGN | RMN | RNLD | Physiotherapist | Occupational Therapist | Paramedic | Pharmacist

Use Your Adult Clinical Skills in a Different Way If you’re an adult healthcare professional ready to step away from hands-on care and shift work, this role allows you to apply your clinical judgement in a more structured, outcome-focused environment. You’ll assess adult claimants, reviewing how physical, mental, and cognitive conditions affect daily living, and produce clear, objective clinical reports.

Conduct structured functional assessments via video, telephone and face-to-face consultations

Complete detailed clinical history-taking, exploring physical, mental health and cognitive conditions
Assess functional impact in line with both Work Capability Assessment (WCA) and Personal Independence Payment (PIP) frameworks
For WCA: Evaluate how conditions affect a claimant’s capacity for work and work-related activity using functional descriptors
For PIP: Assess how conditions impact daily living and mobility activities, exploring safety, reliability, repeatability and variability
Review and interpret medical evidence including GP letters, consultant reports, diagnostics and treatment history
Apply evidence-based clinical reasoning to justify descriptor selection
Produce clear, objective and defensible clinical reports aligned to DWP guidance
Manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining clinical accuracy and professional standards
No treatment. No prescribing. No manual handling. This is a specialist clinical assessment role. Training & Support:

6–12 weeks full-time, paid training
9 Weeks full-time commitment then dropping to chosen to part-time hours.
Dedicated clinical support and ongoing CPD
No annual leave during the first 6 weeks of training
£2,500 Approval Bonus 
Bonus Structure upon Approval and completion of training.
Eligibility to Apply Must have all the below:

Active UK registration (NMC / HCPC / GPhC)
12+ months post-registration adult clinical experience
Strong IT and report-writing ability
Clean registration Unfortunately, sponsorship cannot be provided for this position.
