Clinical Case Manager - Chemotherapy

Clinical Case Manager – Chemotherapy Salary starting from £45,365 per annum + car or car allowance

Are you an experienced chemotherapy nurse ready to take your career beyond the bedside while still making a profound difference to patients’ lives? We’re looking for a Clinical Case Manager (Chemotherapy) to join our Southampton-based team and play a pivotal role in supporting patients throughout their cancer treatment journey.

As a Clinical Case Manager, you’ll be the trusted clinical link between patients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams. Working remotely and out in the field (5 days out of 6), you’ll oversee the full end-to-end patient pathway—ensuring treatments are safe, compliant, and delivered seamlessly, while patients feel supported every step of the way.

About the Role Working alongside the Southampton teams, you will:

Act as the primary point of contact for patients and consultants throughout treatment

Manage the entire treatment lifecycle, from onboarding new referrals through to offboarding

Ensure treatment plans are accurate, compliant, and aligned with clinical protocols

Coordinate care across pharmacists, nurses, schedulers, and external consultants

Maintain the highest standards of clinical governance and patient safety

This is a highly autonomous role where your clinical expertise, organisation, and communication skills will truly shine.

Core Objectives
Onboard new patients: Review clinical documentation, create treatment plans, and conduct onboarding calls

Manage treatment plans: Monitor visits, prescriptions, pathology results, and protocol compliance

Coordinate stakeholders: Liaise with internal teams and external consultants to manage changes and resolve queries

Ensure regulatory compliance: Adhere to CQC, GDPR, and NMC standards while keeping clinical knowledge up to date

Close treatment cycles: Audit and finalise documentation and systems at the end of each treatment cycle

What You’ll Need to Succeed To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification

SACT qualification

Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience

Extensive chemotherapy nursing background

Confidence working autonomously and managing complex clinical pathways

Who We Are We are a leading European life sciences organisation with over 30 years of experience, supporting more than 240,000 patients each year. We combine innovative digital tools with personalised, human-led care delivered by hundreds of licensed clinical professionals. From delivering cancer treatments in patients’ homes to empowering individuals to self-administer medicines, our focus is on helping people live better through treatment.

What We Offer You In addition to a salary starting from £45,365, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and career development:

NMC fees reimbursed

Car or car allowance

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Contribution-based pension scheme

Employee benefits platform (retailer discounts and more)

Life insurance

Private medical insurance (after qualifying period)

Refer a Friend scheme

Ongoing learning and development opportunities

Annual company event

Yearly pay reviews

If you’re looking for a role where your chemotherapy expertise can influence care on a wider scale and roles such as Oncology Case Manager, Chemotherapy Nurse Case Manager, SACT Nurse, Oncology Care Coordinator, or Clinical Pathway Manager, and want to make a lasting impact on patient care, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
