Title: Clinical Lab Assistant
Position Type:1 year contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need
Job Location: Stamford, CT
Shift: 1st shift 25-30 hours per week

General Job Description
Assist Clinical Coordinators in preparing and executing clinical studies that support product claims for Beauty Care, Laundry, and Adhesive businesses.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare documentation for clinical studies
- Assist with study material preparation
- Interview study participants and administer informed consent
- Collect data from clinical instrument readings and perform data entry
- Conduct quality checks of clinical binders
- Prepare lab before and after studies
- Ensure study participants understand procedures and expectations
- Communicate instructions clearly and effectively
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general lab duties, including preparing lab coats and maintaining clean laundry for study needs
- Utilize clinical instruments as required
- Apply products per study protocols
- Use scientific scales to collect product weights pre- and post-study
- Perform hot room pad collection
- Wash study participants’ arms and legs as required for protocols
Schedule / Additional Information
- 25–30 hours per week
- Schedule set monthly
- May require early mornings or occasional evening hours
Qualifications
Education
- Some college coursework with lab experience
- Science background preferred
Experience
- 1–2 years of clinical research experience (preferred)
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive, flexible, and willing to learn
- Team-oriented with a strong motivation to succeed
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for 2–4 hours at a time while executing clinical studies
