Clinical Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Lead (RMN) to join our newly refurbished 24-bed service supporting males with complex mental health and neurological needs.

Role:

Lead the nursing team and deputise for the Registered Manager

*

Maintain high clinical standards and CQC compliance

*

Oversee care planning, CPA, medication and audits

*

Promote person-centred, recovery-focused care

You’ll need:

*

NMC registration (RMN)

*

Mental Health experience (Rehab, Low Secure or Forensic)

*

Leadership experience

*

Knowledge of MHA, CPA & PBS

*

PMVA / De-escalation training
