Clinical Lead

Ready to take your nursing career to the next level? Our client is looking for a Clinical Lead to join their team at a care home in Gillingham, Kent. This role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and is fully supernumerary. With an annual salary of £55,000, this role offers a competitive package.

Our client is a well-established care provider with a family-oriented approach, operating 10 care homes across Kent and Medway. They collaborate closely with local councils and the NHS to deliver top-notch care services.

As a Clinical Lead, you will:

Direct and support staff in creating and maintaining person-centred Care Plans and Risk Assessments.
Ensure Care Plans are followed and regularly evaluated.
Support new staff during their induction.
Act as a clinical and professional role model, assessing and supporting students and learners on placement.

The ideal Clinical Lead will:

Be nurse qualified.
Previous Management experience
Ideally, have experience working in a care home setting in a nursing role.
