Clinical Lead Nurse

Are you a passionate and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in Merseyside? Our client, a highly respected private healthcare organisation with a successful portfolio of nursing and dementia homes across the UK, is seeking a strong and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy to join their team. This role is on the Wirral, close to Ellesmere Port, and offers the chance to lead by example and drive the service forward.

This role offers a competitive salary of £57,408 working 48 hours per week, and will include leading on the floor, and 24+ supernumerary hours per week.

Our client is a prominent private healthcare organisation with a successful portfolio of care homes across the UK. They are committed to providing high-quality residential and nursing care for the elderly, priding themselves on the happy, welcoming atmosphere in all their homes.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
Lead by example, providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
Working full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), mix of leading on the floor, and allocated supernumerary time of 24+ hours per week.

Annual salary of £57,408
Full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (paid for the full shift)
Supportive team environmentThe ideal candidate for the Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager role will have:
Experience working in nursing homes at Clinical Lead / Deputy / Home Manager level – desirable
Experience working in a senior role in a care home or hospital – essential
Excellent medicines management skills and experience with clinical audits
Strong leadership abilities
A passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents
