As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Urology, you will:
Provide specialist nursing care for patients with urological conditions
Deliver pre-operative counselling and teach catheterisation techniques
Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments
Coordinate and participate in MDT meetings
Support ward teams and contribute to audits
Act as a resource for patients and colleagues, maintaining high standards of care

About You
The ideal Clinical Nurse Specialist – Urology will have:
Experience in urology surgical care
Strong clinical judgement and autonomy
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centred approach
Desirable experience in oncology nursing
Familiarity with bladder scanners and flow-rate monitoring
