Commissioning Home Manager

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role as a Commissioning Manager? Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to ensure their new care homes are fully operational, compliant, and ready for the market. This is your chance to manage the commissioning process and make a real impact in the care home industry.

With a salary of £55,000 – £60,000 per year, this role offers you the chance to manage from the front. You'll enjoy a generous performance-related bonus and a monthly car allowance, making this an opportunity not to be missed.

Our client is dedicated to the successful commissioning of new care homes, ensuring they are operational, compliant, and market-ready. They are committed to embedding their values and quality standards from day one, creating a supportive environment for residents and staff alike.

As a Commissioning Manager, you will:

Manage all commissioning activities, ensuring timely and budgeted openings.
Oversee pre-opening to steady-state operations, recruiting and training key staff.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, implementing action plans and managing risks.
Maintain and enhance care standards and living environments.
Foster relationships with residents, families, staff, and agencies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
Full UK driving licence.
