Complex Care Nurse

Specialist neurological care | Fully funded postgraduate training | Strong clinical support | Clear progression pathways

If you are a Complex Care Nurse looking to develop advanced clinical skills, this role offers a salary of up to £40,930 per annum alongside structured training and long-term career stability. You will work in a highly specialised neurological setting where complex nursing care is delivered with time, consistency, and clinical integrity.

This Complex Care Nurse role is suited to nurses who want to move beyond general acute environments and build recognised expertise in neuro-disability within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

As a Complex Care Nurse, you will be supported to grow clinically through funded education, close MDT working, and clear internal progression pathways.

Package & Benefits
• Salary up to £40,930 per annum, depending on experience.
• Fully funded Level 6 Neuroscience Nursing qualification.
• Employer pension contribution of 10 percent.
• Clear progression routes into senior and specialist nursing roles.
• Free staff meals provided during shifts.

About the Company
This long-established specialist service supports adults with complex neurological conditions including acquired brain injury, spinal injury, stroke, and progressive neurological disease. The organisation is recognised for strong clinical governance, consistent MDT collaboration, and long-term investment in its nursing workforce.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care as a Complex Care Nurse within a neuro-disability setting.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation and long-term care planning.
• Safely manage complex clinical interventions including tracheostomy and ventilated care.

About You
• Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
• Experience working in complex care, neurological care, or a comparable clinical environment.
• Background supporting patients with long-term or high-acuity needs.
