Work closely and collaboratively with the wider MDT
Utilise complex clinical skills such as tracheostomy care and ventilator care
Attend all training and engage in CPD to further your clinical knowledge and promote nursing
Assist with performance management of junior staff, following the organisations policies and proceduresTo apply for this Complex Care Nurse, you must be a qualified Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin. You will also have a background in complex care.
