Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor
Location: Shepherdsville KY
Duration: 0-3+ Months (Possible Extension depending on performance)
Shift: 2nd Shift (02:30PM-10:30PM)
Pay Rate: $33.95 – $55.00/Hour on w2.
Job Summary
Communicates the quality policy and objectives to help ensure the maintenance of the overall healthcare compliance for the operation/department.
Dvelops standard operating procedures (SOPs), reviews and approves client and facility work instructions, trains QA personnel and internal clients on SOPs and regulatory topics, and oversees the maintenance of the quality documents.
Position involves internal, client, and agency audits, and follows up on audit outcomes.
Maintains knowledge of healthcare quality and regulatory requirements and assesses, and addresses risks associated with transporting healthcare and food products.
Duties:
Interfaces with Internal Groups, Clients, and Agencies
Maintains Quality Documents and Procedures
Supervises and Develops Others
Manages and Executes Quality System Training Program
Conducts and Oversees Internal and External Audit Programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree- Science preferred
Bilingual: English and Spanish
Preferred knowledge: Legal, Regulatory and Compliance
Minimum of five years of quality assurance experience
Resources must be willing to travel by air, public transportation and/or car rentals.
Note: individuals will be reimbursed for approved expenses following the client Expense guidelines.
