Description
Responsibilities for the Contracts Manager role in Manchester will include:
Prepare, review, and submit high-quality tender bids.
Manage contracts, ensuring compliance and managing risk.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Coordinate with the marketing and agency department on strategies.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure comprehensive product knowledge.
Negotiate contract terms with customers and partners.
Report on contract performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Profile
A successful Contracts Manager should have:
* A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Previous experienced in a contracts management position. Also additional Bids, Tenders, or proposals related role is desirable.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Proven experience in preparing and managing bids and contracts.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Experience within the healthcare industry is advantageous, but not essential.
* Great analytical and strategic planning abilities.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
