Reference: DW6808This is an established state-of-the-art mixed dental practice in Horsham. Whilst the practice has an NHS contract, private revenue and opportunity is very high. You will be taking over well-maintained patients from an established colleague. Thus, you will acquire an established list of patients with "significant" potential for private. The practice has six state-of-the-art surgeries, equipped to an extremely high standard, accommodating five dentists. You will also benefit from superb support from qualified and experienced nurses. We have worked with the practice previously, placing one of their current happy associates. You'll have the right support, tools, and environment to enjoy your work and give your patients the very best care.
The position would suit both experienced dentists looking to expand their skills and develop special interests, as well as those earlier in their careers who will benefit from the excellent support on offer. With strong private demand and established patient books, current associates achieve high earnings, making this an outstanding opportunity with excellent scope for professional and financial development.
Successful candidates will either be GDC-registered dentists with a performer number, or GDC-registered dentists seeking their first NHS role in England who require PLVE/mentoring. If requiring PLVE, candidates must have a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience.
