As a Deputy Home Manager, you will:
Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
Ensure care reflects residents' wishes, choices, and wellbeing.
Maintain high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards.
Lead and motivate the staff team through supervision and training.
Oversee the monthly rota for safe staffing levels.
Maintain accurate care documentation and records.

A nursing qualification (NMC registered or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or in a supervisory role within a care home.
