Your Role: As the Deputy Home Manager, you will:
– Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory standards
– Deliver the highest standards of care to all residents
– Support the Home Manager in daily operations
– Oversee recruitment and retention efforts
– Conduct regular audits
– Uphold our company ethos and values
Deputy Manager Requirements:
– Registered Nurse: With a valid NMC Pin
– Knowledgeable: In all standards and NMC code of practice
– Experienced: Proven track record in person-centred care planning
– Leader and Mentor: With strong leadership skills
– Dementia Expertise: Experience in dementia care
– Passionate: About delivering high standards of care
