Our clients Nursing Home in CT9 is a well-established and welcoming care home dedicated to delivering high standards of person-centred care. They are now seeking a committed and experienced Deputy Manager to join the leadership team and support the Home Manager in maintaining quality care and compliance.

🔹 Role Overview

· Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week

· Schedule: 2 clinical shifts + 2 supernumerary shifts per week

· Pay Rate: £23.00 per hour

✅ What We’re Looking For

· A qualified Nurse (NMC Registered) – RGN or RMN

· Prior experience in a deputy or senior nurse position within a care home setting

· Strong clinical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset

· Confident with audits, care planning, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance

· Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach
