What You’ll Be Doing:

* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a private day-case surgery facility, ensuring top-quality care and an optimal experience for patients, staff, and stakeholders.

* Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

* Manage financial performance by planning, monitoring, and assessing the centre's budget, promoting cost-effective practices.

* Develop and support the centre's staff, ensuring high standards of performance and facilitating professional growth through personal development plans.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in a senior management role within a healthcare setting.

* Qualified Registered Nurse (NMC Registered) or Operating Department Practitioner (HCPC Registered).

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

* Excellent understanding of regulatory, governance, and safety requirements, including experience as a CQC Registered Manager.

* A commitment to continuous improvement and patient satisfaction, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
