Support Worker (Female Driver) – Full Time
📍 Location: Birmingham
🕒 Hours: Full time, 36.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
💷 Salary: £16 – £19 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable female Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing person-centred care and support to our clients within their own homes and the community. Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day emotional and practical support to service users.

Support with daily living tasks, personal care, and social activities.

Assist clients in attending appointments, community activities, and outings.
*
Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
*
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
About You
*
Female (This requirement is an Occupational Requirement in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 due to the personal nature of the role).
*
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
*
Previous experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
*

Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
