Health Care Assistant/Support Worker/Carer Needed
Job description:
We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistant/ Carers/Support Workers to to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals within our service users homes.
Location: Leicester
Salary: £13.73 – £18.65 PAYE
Hours: Varying hours of 4 hrs
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with personal care and daily activities (e.g. dressing, feeding, mobility support).
* Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to individual needs
* Support with personal care, daily living tasks, and promoting independence
* Offer emotional support and reassurance as required
* Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments
* Maintain accurate and timely records
Requirements:
* At least 6 months recent care experience.
* Caring, patient, and empathetic nature
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly and independently
* Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
