As a Commissioning Manager, you will:

Lead the commissioning of a new nursing home, ensuring all aspects are ready for operation.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Oversee the transition from construction to full operational status.
