Job Overview
Join our team in Covington, GA, where you will play a vital role in supporting the testing of clinical and commercial products. This position involves lab maintenance, documentation creation and maintenance, and assisting in assembling prototypes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Follow protocols to test prototype samples.
- Set up test equipment and conduct measurements.
- Document test results and help determine causes of failures.
- Take detailed notes on observations.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Adhere to all Client housekeeping and safety policies and procedures.
- Work overtime as required to meet Client business requirements.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Education/Experience
- High school degree with at least 4 years of technical experience.
- AS degree in a scientific discipline with 1 year laboratory experience.
- BS degree in a scientific discipline.
Basic Skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Proficient/Working Skills
- Proficient in English with the ability to read, write, analyze/evaluate charts, follow simple diagrams, and perform basic arithmetic.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is desired.
