Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.00/hr
Schedule: Swing Shift – 2 days 7:00am–3:00pm, 2 days 3:00pm–11:00pm, 1 day 11:00pm–7:00am
Overview:
Support production by performing lab analysis on in-process and finished products to ensure quality and compliance. Requires attention to detail, organization, and clear communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Swing shift, nights, weekends, and holidays required based on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory analysis and physical testing on production samples.

Collect, label, and deliver samples to the Central Analytical Lab; maintain accurate results.

Monitor Critical Control Point equipment and packaging lines.

Communicate findings and deviations to Operations and other lab technicians.

Maintain lab cleanliness and inventory of ingredients and testing supplies.

Participate in production line cleaning inspections, ATP swab testing, and recordkeeping.

Follow safety, GMP, HACCP, and environmental regulations.

Handle chemicals safely per Safety Data Sheets.

Enter test results into computer systems and retain samples as needed.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in applied science preferred.

Previous analytical lab experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work in a team.

Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, OneNote, instrument software).

Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, climb stairs, work at heights, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

No jewelry in processing areas, including dermal piercings, false nails, or eyelashes (exceptions: plain wedding bands, medical alert jewelry).
