Sigma Systems seeks reliable Lab Technicians for Tank & Central Services supporting vaccine manufacturing. Perform CIP/SIP, autoclaving, equipment sterilization in a cGMP/USDA-regulated cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute CIP (Clean-In-Place) & SIP (Steam-In-Place) for mobile process equipment.

Autoclave process equipment, garments, roller bottles for sterile prep.

Follow Tank & Central Services scheduling board to support vaccine production.

Ensure cGMP/USDA compliance</strong>; review in-process documentation.

Train/coach team members; participate in root cause analysis & CAPA.

Support EHS initiatives, site projects, deviation/change control.

Maintain technical data; troubleshoot equipment/process issues.
Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED (lab/manufacturing experience preferred)

cGMP & USDA vaccine manufacturing knowledge

Basic math, equipment troubleshooting, MS Office proficiency

Excellent communication, problem-solving, team collaboration
