VCA Magnolia Animal Hospital is expanding its team and looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician!

Welcome to VCA Magnolia Animal Hospital, where we provide the highest quality medical care to our patients in Magnolia, Interbay, Queen Anne, Ballard and surrounding neighborhoods in the greater Seattle area. VCA Magnolia Animal Hospital is conveniently located in the Magnolia neighborhood core, nicknamed “The Village”. The neighborhood is highly walkable, with several great lunch options close by!

Snapshot of the Role:
Whether you are a seasoned Veterinary Technician or recent veterinary technician graduate, we want you to use the knowledge that you’ve invested your time and talent in.
The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:
· Physical examinations and patient assessment
· Anesthesia monitoring
· Surgical preparation and assisting
· Dentistry
· Radiology
· Laboratory work
· Venipuncture
· Catheter placement
· Pharmacy
· Patient recovery
· Compassionate care of our hospitalized animals
· Sharing your own learned knowledge with the team
Schedule: Full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, typically 4-10 hour shifts per week.
Compensation: $ 27 – $31 / hour. Starting range is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field. Financial growth opportunities available.
