Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, high-performing Sales Executive with experience in IT staffing and consulting within the Life Sciences industry. This is a true hunter role—perfect for someone who excels at opening new doors, building relationships from the ground up, and closing net-new business.

Primary Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and win new business across Life Sciences organizations (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, CROs)
- Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans through cold outreach, networking, and industry engagement
- Sell interim IT staffing and consulting services, including solutions across areas like:
- Clinical systems & data (e.g., clinical trials, CDMS, EDC)
- Regulatory & compliance systems (GxP environments)
- Data & analytics / digital transformation
- Infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity
- Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across IT, R&D, and operations
- Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and activity metrics
Education and Experience
- 3–7+ years of sales experience in IT staffing, consulting, or professional services
- Experience selling into Life Sciences clients (pharma, biotech, med device, or CROs strongly preferred)
- Proven success in a net-new business / hunter role
- Strong understanding of the Life Sciences technology landscape (clinical, regulatory, data, or enterprise IT)
- Comfortable operating in a startup or high-growth environment
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
