Medical Devices Territory Sales Manager

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for medical technology and a track record of exceeding targets? This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a high‑potential territory covering London and Kent, representing a respected portfolio of products across Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, and Vascular specialities.

We're looking for a Territory Manager who thrives in clinical environments, builds strong relationships, and knows how to open doors with new customers while expanding business within established accounts.

What You'll Be Doing

Sell a diverse portfolio of medical device products to new and existing customers across key interventional specialties.
Develop and execute tactical sales plans to drive growth and maximise territory performance.
Own and manage all accounts within the London/Kent territory, ensuring consistent engagement and follow‑through.
Maintain accurate customer information and activity records within Salesforce.
Build and nurture strong relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and other clinical stakeholders.
Deliver impactful sales presentations to both small and large groups, including hands‑on product demonstrations.
Provide in‑service training and clinical support in procedure rooms and surgical environments.
Prospect proactively through email, phone outreach, and cold calling to secure new business.
Use a range of selling techniques to meet or exceed assigned quotas.
Submit timely and accurate reports on sales activity, forecasts, and project updates.
Stay informed on competitive products and market trends.

What You Bring

Results‑driven mindset with a history of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence presenting and selling to stakeholders at all organisational levels, including executives.
Ability to solve complex problems quickly and effectively.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A customer‑focused approach and the ability to build trust in clinical settings.
High level of self‑motivation and initiative.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of medical device sales experience.
Experience selling similar products within relevant clinical areas.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
At least 3 years of medical device field sales experience.
Strong background selling into interventional or vascular specialties.

This isn't just another sales job – it's a chance to influence clinical decisions, support life‑changing procedures, and build a territory you can truly call your own. You'll be the face of a respected product portfolio and a trusted partner to clinicians who rely on your expertise.
