This 50-year old Proserpine based business which remains proudly independent is looking for a Veterinarian to join their team. Ideally with three plus years’ experience, but a keen team player, with a sense of humour, is just as important.
They are set up with all the latest modern equipment that you would rarely expect to find in a country vet practice.
With a loyal client base and outstanding reputation, you will often work on interesting, challenging and diverse cases. Here, vet science is not just a job, it’s more of a community. They will mentor and support you here. Together with their highly skilled nursing team you won’t be short of a helping hand if required. They pride themselves on having more nursing support staff than most, and their nurses have many years’ of experience. A comprehensive CPD allowance is on offer. They will invest in you, because it’s mutually beneficial.
Are you interested in mixed practice or only small animals? We are interested in you, no matter your preference. They share on call with a neighbouring practice and have done so for decades.
They offer a 38 hour week with negotiable/flexible rostering.

Healthy salary from $(phone number removed) PLUS after hours bonuses, superannuation, continuing education allowance and 4 weeks annual leave with holiday loading allowance of 17.5%, coupled with accommodation and vehicle to help settle you in. Visa fees, and annual Australian Veterinary Association membership are included too.
