Location: Ipswich/Colchester area
Contract: 12 months Fixed-Term Contract, 40 hours per week
Salary: £31,500 to £36,000 base depending on experience + generous bonus scheme
Pure Physiotherapy is seeking an enthusiastic MSK Physiotherapist to join our private clinic team in the Ipswich / Colchester area on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident managing a varied musculoskeletal caseload within a private practice setting. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of MSK presentations, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care through hands-on treatment, rehabilitation planning, and tailored exercise prescription.
You will work within a supportive clinical network, with access to experienced line managers, peer support, and ongoing professional development opportunities. We welcome applications from physiotherapists at different stages of their careers looking to develop within a structured and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do
* Manage a caseload of MSK patients delivering assessment and treatment sessions.
* Work to deliver personalised, evidence?based treatment plans.
* Maintain high?quality clinical documentation (HCPC?compliant)
* Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients.
* Use SMART goals and outcome measures to track progress.
* Apply a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to care.
* Engage in ongoing CPD and professional development.
