Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking team?
Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their UK-wide Occupational Health department, covering sites across the West Midlands.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
Case Management and Sickness Absence Reviews
Return to Work Assessments
Floor Walking (identifying potential risks or issues)
Attending Health & Wellbeing Meetings
Leading Wellbeing Initiatives
Conducting Health Surveillance and Health Promotion Activities
