Paediatric Clinical Lead

Paediatric Clinical Lead – West Sussex – £50,000 – £55,000 – Hybrid Working

Are you a Paediatric Clinical Lead looking to step into a role where you can make a real impact across community complex care?

We are recruiting for a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a growing provider, supporting high-acuity packages across West Sussex, with additional oversight of 2 packages in Salisbury and Bristol.

This position offers a great balance of clinical leadership, autonomy and service development within a supportive and expanding team.

The Role
In this role, you will take ownership of a small number of complex care packages, ensuring safe, high-quality and person-centred care delivery.

You will be primarily based across West Sussex, with planned travel to Salisbury and Bristol. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the community and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical oversight of paediatric complex care packages
Support high-acuity care including tracheostomy, ventilation and epilepsy
Complete assessments, care planning and risk management
Work closely with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure staff competency through training and supervision
Support mobilisation of new packages and service development
Maintain clinical governance, audits and compliance
Build strong relationships with commissioners and stakeholders
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:

RGN, RSCN or RN Child qualification with active NMC pin
Experience within paediatric complex care (community-based)
Strong knowledge of high-acuity care
Experience supporting or leading care packages
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Salary and Benefits
£50,000 – £55,000 salary
Hybrid working (3 days community, 2 days from home)
Monday to Friday role
