Job Description:
- While reporting to the Segment Quality Manager – Thermoforming as the Plant Quality Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance and control of the plant's quality testing and reporting system within the DeKalb Facility.
Responsibilities:
- Providing development and maintenance of the quality testing/reporting system.
- Managing the specification, test methods and instruction processes.
- Performing line validations as major changes occur or new products are introduced.
- Ensure quality records are maintained.
- Provide direction to the QC's in attaining and maintain plant quality.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience as a Quality Manager
- Previous experience in the development and maintenance of a quality testing/reporting system
Education:
- You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience)
