Are you a seasoned QA professional with deep PLM experience and expert-level knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter? Trissential is searching for a PLM QA Analyst to join our client’s team and lead functional testing and quality efforts across their enterprise PLM ecosystem. If you love solving complex issues, improving system performance, and ensuring seamless PLM functionality—you’ll thrive in this role.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead functional QA testing for Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications, workflows, modules, and integrations
  • Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, regression test suites, and test scripts
  • Validate PLM enhancements, configurations, product structures, change management processes, and integrations
  • Perform defect identification, documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams for resolution
  • Support release cycles by ensuring readiness through thorough end-to-end validation
  • Participate in requirement reviews to ensure testability and full coverage of business needs
  • Assist with UAT planning, execution, and documentation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements in QA processes

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience, with significant exposure to PLM systems
  • Expert-level experience with Siemens Teamcenter (mandatory)
  • Strong background in functional testing of PLM applications
  • Solid understanding of PLM configurations, workflows, structures, and integrations
  • Experience with QA methodologies, regression strategies, and defect lifecycle management
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with additional PLM tools (Windchill, Agile PLM, ENOVIA, Arena, etc.)
  • API testing or automation experience
  • Background supporting engineering, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or medical device environments
  • Experience validating data migration or multi-system integrations

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • QA/testing certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are helpful but not required
