Practice Nurse
Menlo Park are working with a superb GP Practice in Reading, looking to add a Practice Nurse with Primary Care experience to join their close-knit, forward thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity with a genuinely forward thinking practice, with superb staff retention, that really looks after its staff and provides opportunities to develop your career. They are looking for a Practice Nurse ideally with strong chronic disease management experience, however, would be open to training someone up as long as you have Primary Care experience. There is flexibility around full or part time. This is a superb opportunity for a Practice Nurse experienced in Primary Care.
Salary – £35,000 – £42,000 per annum FTE DOE + NHS pension + 5 weeks Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + Ad Hoc Study Leave + Indemnity

Your role –
Practice Nurse with Primary Care experience
Mix of treatment room duties and CDM ideally
Full or Part time
Work across 2 surgeries
Flexible on days and hours to suit you
Work alongside the other Practice Nurses in a close-knit team
