Process Technician

Position Summary:
The Process Technician plays a hands-on role in assembling, setting up, and testing
packaging machinery, while also interacting directly with customers during Factory
Acceptance Testing and training sessions. This role requires experience in mechanical
assembly, light wiring, ERP compliance, and troubleshooting industrial equipment. Ideal
candidates will bring a mix of technical ability, cross-functional collaboration, and a drive for
continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and set up packaging machinery and conduct light wiring.
Perform testing and troubleshooting; assist in client training and FATs.
Maintain accurate reporting through ERP system and support project deliverables.
Collaborate with engineering and project management to resolve technical issues.
Contribute to process improvements and stay up to date on industry best practices.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Process or Mechanical Technician.
Proficiency with tools, mechanical schematics, and machine setup.
Familiarity with ERP systems and production reporting.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Vocational certification or apprenticeship preferred.
