This is an opportunity with an international manufacturer that provides end-to-end network solutions for a variety of industries. Their products are used in 130 countries and include fiber optic cables, assemblies, test and inspection equipment, and more.
In this temp to hire role, you'll be supporting, maintaining, and improving production lines, troubleshooting issues, training operators, and implementing process improvements. Process Technician Duties:
- Support, maintain, and optimize assigned production lines to ensure peak performance
- Troubleshoot production issues, manage defective items, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Select, maintain, and improve tooling, fixtures, and equipment
- Create, update, and maintain process setup and training documentation
- Train operators on process procedures, setups, tooling, and in-process monitoring
- Assist process engineers during downtime with administrative tasks, including data entry and SOP creation
Schedule:
- Day Shift
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay: $31.61 – $39 per hour
Process Technician Requirements:
- 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Proven track record of positively affecting KPIs to improve production efficiency
- Strong computer skills, including MS Suite and ERP experience (Oracle a plus)
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
