Job Description: The nature of the work is focused on research and development of products from conception to retail to meet the needs of accounts and consumers. Carries out foundational research in kinesiology and biometrics, which fuels and supports the overall innovation agenda resulting in creating functionally superior creative product. Utilizes biomechanical and physiological equipment to conduct leading- edge experiments to collect data contributing to the research and development of new technologies. Demonstrates a high level of initiative in performing experiments independently. Summarizes data from research. Assists in preparation of reports to present results of independent experiments and findings at department level.
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 2-4 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs. PhD in Biomechanics or Physiology or similar field plus 1 years research experience. Masters Degree plus 0-3 years experience in lieu of PhD.
