Job Title: Production Scientist
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 5 Months+
Pay Rate: $25 – $27/hr. on W2
Hours: Mon- Fri (6 am – 2:30 pm or 7 am – 3:30 pm PST)
Education:
- Bachelor's in biological or physical sciences = Micro or Molecular Biology
- Work Experience: 0-3 years – new grad.
- Making buffers/weighing out chemicals/help where needed.
Key Accountabilities:
- Complete assigned work orders from planning within the standards created for each work order.
- Maintain clean work environment.
- Participate in meetings necessary for team collaboration.
- Follow SOPs and batch records to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Demonstrate safe competent operation of lab and production equipment by complying with established procedures.
- Use site procedures (ManGo/Trackwise) to update or create documents.
- Training co-workers as needed.
- Participate in validation activity as required

Experience:
- Requires a college background with no to 3 years of professional experience in a Lab Operations environment.
- Experience with bacterial culture a plus. Non-associate degreed or higher jobholders require a substantial amount of professional experience and additional qualifications that also provide exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts.
