We are looking for a skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our client's quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based test automation, modern testing frameworks, and emerging AI-powered testing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Java and modern automation frameworks
- Implement web automation solutions using Playwright and Selenium
- Leverage GenAI tools to enhance test automation processes, including automated test case generation and script optimization
- Develop and execute comprehensive API testing strategies and automation frameworks
- Collaborate with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure quality deliverables
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java programming with hands-on automation experience
- Expertise with Playwright and Selenium for web application testing
- Experience integrating GenAI tools for test automation enhancement (test case generation, script creation, test data generation)
- Proven experience in REST API testing and automation
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Proficiency with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG)
- Knowledge of Page Object Model and test design patterns
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- SQL
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to analyze, debug, and resolve test failures and application issues
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing abilities
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
