Position: QA Engineer
Bausch-White Masonry, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our masonry products and services.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
– Review and analyze product design and technical specifications to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement
– Conduct thorough testing of masonry products and services to identify any defects or malfunctions
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
– Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes and procedures
– Participate in design reviews and provide input to improve product quality and reliability
– Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in quality standards to ensure continuous improvement of our products and services
– Train and mentor other team members on quality assurance processes and best practices
Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
– Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies
– Experience with testing and inspection techniques
– Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to masonry products and services
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software
