Job Title: QA Engineer
Location(s): Woonsocket, RI
Job Descriptiion:
- Define test scope and align them with project milestones and timelines.
- Develop and prioritization of test cases, ensuring dependencies and outcomes are clearly defined.
- Maintain detailed records of test plans, issue logs, and resolutions using designated tools.
- Perform regression, integration, and performance testing to maintain product stability in the lab environment.
- Oversee defect management, resolution tracking, and regression testing to maintain system integrity.
- Provide timely reporting on test results to consultants, workstream leads, and stakeholders, contributing to issue resolution.
- Coordinate and participate in core team and cross-functional meetings to communicate overall testing progress.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate testing sessions while escalating critical issues as needed.
- Validate features and integrations across frontend and backend systems by simulating real-world user environments.
- Maintain test environments that closely mirror production, ensuring consistency and repeatability of tests.
Technical Skills:
- Overall, 8-10 years of Manual testing in a Physical Lab Environment.
- Experience in testing microservices and cloud native apps.
- Solid understanding of backend technologies (databases, RESTful APIs, server-side languages,) and frontend frameworks (HTML/CSS, React, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with CI/CD and agile development processes.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, or similar automation frameworks) and continuous integration systems is a plus.
- Ability to write and execute Manual & automated test scripts and use tools for debugging and performance testing.
- Knowledge or experience in GCP is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities along with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and a results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Skills Required:
- Retail Lab Testing Skill.
- Microservices and Cloud testing.

Experience:
- 8-10 Years of Experience.
