Key Responsibilities
- Design, write, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases using BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) practices.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing using tools like Postman.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and test coverage needs.
- Manage and track test cases, bugs, and execution results using Zephyr and JIRA.
- Perform testing within Salesforce environments, with an understanding of basic objects, workflows, and permissions.
- Utilize or support basic test automation efforts, ideally with tools like Copado CRT or similar frameworks.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, testing strategies, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing life cycle, and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including objects, workflows, and environment structure.
- Hands-on experience with BDD Gherkin.
- Proficiency in Zephyr and JIRA for test management and bug tracking.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools such as Copado CRT or equivalent.
- Experience with API testing using Postman.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
