Role Descriptions: Quality Assurance Leadership Lead the QA efforts for onshoreteams| ensuring adherence to bestpractices and quality standards Define and implement test strategies| plans| and automation frameworks. Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools. Automation Testing Design| develop| and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber| Selenium| and other relevant tools. Integrate automated tests into CICD pipelines. Analyze test results| identify defects| and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. Offshore Coordination Act as the primary point of contact between onshore and offshore QA teams. Schedule and lead daily sync-ups with offshore teams. Ensure timely communication of requirements| priorities| and feedback. Monitor offshore team performance and provide guidance and support as needed. Documentation Reporting Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test cases| test plans| and defect reports. Provide regular QA status updates to stakeholders. Track and report key QA metrics (e.g.| test coverage| defect density| automation progress). Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science| Engineering| or related field. 6 years of experience in QA| with at least 2 years in a lead role. Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber| Selenium| and JavaPython. Experience with AgileScrum methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
