TITLE: QA Analyst III
TYPE: Contract

We are looking for a Quality Analyst III. The Quality Analyst plays a key role in designing and executing test strategies and plans to validate application updates and modifications against specified business needs and user requirements. The objective is to ensure the final product delivers high quality and satisfies both functional and technical expectations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently deliver meticulous and well-documented test outputs
- Partner with UI/UX designers, software engineers, and subject matter experts to verify successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and scenarios in alignment with established quality management standards
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements in team practices, including issue tracking, CI/CD processes, integration testing, and automation efforts
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least seven years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles
- Strong orientation toward customer satisfaction and business objectives
- Clear and effective communication skills, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in automated testing platforms, with preference for Tricentis TOSCA is preferred
- Familiarity with usability principles and user-focused testing
- Practical experience using Jira for tracking and managing tasks
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Solid understanding of iterative development processes, particularly SCRUM
- High level of enthusiasm and dedication, with a proactive and solution-focused attitude
- Background working with complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and business units
- Skilled in defining comprehensive testing strategies and creating test documentation
- Experience working with defect management tools, particularly XRAY in Jira is preferred
- Hands-on experience with databases, including independently writing queries
- Thorough knowledge of software testing concepts such as black box vs. white box and functional vs. path testing
- Competent in creating detailed test plans and scripts
- Familiarity with different software development life cycles, including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Background in environments using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) or web services is ideal
- Proven experience collaborating with developers, business analysts, and leadership during the testing phase
- Exposure to test-driven or behavior-driven development techniques is ideal
