Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team, playing a critical role in our PTSR ROPA initiative. This position operates within an Agile framework and involves executing in-sprint testing, regression testing, and managing defects across both UI and backend components to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 years of strong functional and manual testing experience within an Agile lifecycle
- Solid experience in UI and backend testing
- Proficient in defect management processes, risk framework and mitigation, and enterprise testing standards
- Extensive expertise with QA deliverables toolset (Quality Center, SharePoint, Client Project/Excel)
- Expertise in writing and validating SQL queries
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and influence stakeholders
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Rally
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on W2
