-This is an administrative role that requires someone with strong attention to detail and basic computer skills. The individual will primarily assist QA Calibration, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
" Using reports generated from the Agile Equipment Control Database to perform a full inventory verification of all test equipment, fixtures, and related assets in each work cell/department.
" Updating identification and status labels on equipment to ensure consistency and compliance with requirements.
" Generating and attaching bar code labels to equipment for future automation.
" Taking photographs of equipment and attaching them to the corresponding records in the Agile database.
" Updating equipment records accurate information, including ownership, department location, and other relevant details.
Required Skills:
" Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
" Basic computer literacy, including the ability to update records in a database and transfer/upload images.
" Comfort with administrative tasks and working within a structured process.
