Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Colorado
Duration: Long term

Required Skills And Experience:
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Quality assurance engineer is required.
Background in UI testing of web applications is required.
Automation experience in Selenium is required.
Good working knowledge of at least one programming language, preferably Python is required.
Understanding of SQL databases should be comfortable in writing SQL queries.
Experience with tracking bugs in defect management software (JIRA, Bugzilla, TFS, etc.)
Experience with the test management software preferably XRAY.
Experience testing API using Postman is preferred.
Familiarity with testing in multiple operating systems (Mac, Windows, Linux, Android, iOS), devices (Android and Apple smartphones and tablets), and browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) using Browser Stack is preferred.
Basic Unix/Linux command line experience is preferred.
Experience with container solutions is a plus (Docker/Kubernetes)
Attention to detail with good multitasking and organizational skills.
Experience in working in agile teams.
Should be a self-starter and fast learner
Responsibilities
Reviews test scenarios and provides feedback to ensure coverage of specific features or aspects of the product according to requirements and user acceptance criteria
Write test plans, design test cases, develop test scripts, test conditions, test procedures, and expected results.
Perform all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Completes manual front-end user testing of features or aspects of products according to test plan; identifies opportunities for automation.
Ability to debug the differences and document the issues identified.
Track and reports defect using appropriate tools.
Validate fixes and ensure follow through to all test cycles.
Investigate and recommend remediation strategies for data quality conditions, and process failures.
Communicate test status to the project team and clients(s)
Documents test cases, test results, and release notes (as applicable); contributes to internal documentation throughout release cycle.
