In this role, you will lead our QA team to uphold the gold standard in food safety and product excellence.

Salary: $120,000 – $135,000

Job Details
Lead QA operations and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Manage and develop SOPs, food safety plans, and audit readiness
Direct lab teams, supervise daily QA processes, and handle customer complaints
Oversee allergen management, hold/release systems, traceability, and recall procedures
Act as site liaison for FDA/USDA and third-party audit inspections
Qualifications:
B.S. in Dairy Science or related field
4+ years in QA leadership within dairy or food manufacturing
HACCP, SQF, and PCQI certifications
Experience in team management, regulatory compliance, and QA systems
Strong communication, adaptability, and initiative
