Quality Control Engineer

Are you a Quality Control Engineer looking for a new opportunity? If so, this may be the right role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Prepare and submit PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation
Lead and participate in 8D problem-solving activities for internal and external issues
Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
Interface with customers on quality-related concerns and corrective actions
Ensure calibration of measurement equipment and tools
Develop and implement quality inspection plans and work instructions
Collaborate with other departments on quality initiatives
Maintain quality documentation and records in line with ISO standards
Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Desirable)
Experience in a quality control or quality engineering role within manufacturing
Strong understanding of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methods (8D or 5-Why)
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software/tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
