Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct incoming inspection to validate arriving material meets quality standards with moderate supervision.
- Conduct outgoing inspection to validate material moved through the production process meets quality standards with moderate supervision.
- Accurately input data into appropriate data storage locations for all inspected material.
- Validate incoming and outgoing inspection documentation is available, organized, and complete.
- Provide In-Process Inspections as needed.
- Provide training and support for the Production team for quality-related process steps and other topics as needed.
- Inspections are visual as well as with tools.
Qualifications:
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Associate's degree in Electronics preferred or equivalent experience is required, with demonstrated level of technical capability and responsibility.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, particularly Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated capability as a self-starter in a hands-on environment is required.
