Quality Control Supervisor
As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our production schedules align with our objectives of cost, quality, and lead time. This position covers 2nd shift; Monday – Friday from 3:30 pm – 12:00 am.
What will you do?
- Ensuring adherence to production schedules while maintaining our quality standards.
- Enforcing compliance with our Quality System and implementing defined processes to achieve the required quality levels.
- Organizing training programs to address the needs of your team.
- Contributing to the improvement of industrial processes with support from various functions.
- Managing your team effectively, including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and promoting well-being.
Who will you report to? Manufacturing Quality Manager
What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience and skills will be considered in lieu of formal education. Experience in leading the implementation of new digital quality tools. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles. Familiarity with ISO9000 standards. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems. Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
