Job Description
. Detailed Tasks of the Role:
- Personnel management, including all related individual tasks (initiating disciplinary measures, employee appraisals, performance reviews, staff development, etc.)
- Ensuring effective workforce planning (vacation and shift scheduling)
- Participation in personnel and CAPEX planning
- Participation in handling customer complaints and deviations
- Independent, continuous development of the area of responsibility
- Taking responsibility for (partial) projects within a defined scope
- Ensuring continuous audit readiness
- Maintaining a trustworthy collaboration with internal and external interfaces (e.g., production departments, Technical Support, Customer Service, plant management, TCC/SEC)
- Independent compliance with standards, legal requirements (e.g., working hours act, occupational safety regulations), and internal company regulations (SOPs, works agreements, etc.)
