Job Title
Processes and inspects, for form, fit, and function, product before shipment to customer. Verify incoming vendor supplied products for accuracy to supplied specifications and drawings.
Essential Functions
- Inspects product in development, during production, and in its completed state to ensure the product conforms to customer's specifications.
- Assure that product measurements fall within very tight tolerances.
- Assure products comply with customer specifications.
- Maintains records for all inspected products.
Operates from specific and definite directions and instructions, under minimal supervision.
Experience and Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent and minimum of one year quality control/quality assurance experience.
- Advanced math skills.
- Requires continuous on the job training that will lead to related certifications.
- Knowledge of all aspects of the company's operations and customer history is a plus.
Other
- With assistance, be able to push or pull up to 50 pounds and carry up to 30 pounds.
- May assist in other areas during peak seasonal activity.
